This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was fantastic - I couldn't believe how much we got for the price we paid. Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable. From the clean and comfortable rooms with A/C to the friendly and helpful staff, this hotel knows how to take care of its guests. Lastly, the location was perfect. Being close to the Chitwan Park activities and just a short walk to the riverside where you can watch the sunset, we couldn't have asked for a better spot.
All was just perfect, nothing that needed improvement.

We recently had a romantic escape in a resort surrounded by beautiful gardens and stunning scenery. the food offered was excellent, with a variety to choose from. the peaceful location allowed us to have a relaxing time and the room we stayed in was comfortable and cozy. We also enjoyed the convenience of having free wifi access in our room and the staff was always willing to help.
The limited options for activities in the surrounding area, as well as, the lack of nearby restaurants. the bathroom was not up to our expectations, especially the shower area which was small and poorly designed.

Enjoyed my new year stay at a recently built hotel with a modern swimming pool and friendly staff. The family room was clean and spacious with a comfortable European-size king bed and a single bed. The hotel is conveniently located close to the river and the jungle, offering well-organized activities. The food was tasty and the full-board option included a 3-course menu for dinner. The cost of the room was very reasonable, considering the good value package offered.
The breakfast buffet was below average with little variety and instant coffee. The bathroom was not properly designed with no wall brackets to hold the showerhead and the sprayer leaked, making it constantly wet.

The hotel's location is ideal for taking part in activities. You can walk to the riverside to watch the sunset and explore local shops. the hotel rooms are equipped with air conditioning and there is a pool available to use. the gardens are well-maintained and provide a nice area to relax.
The staff can sometimes be unfriendly and unhelpful, which can make for an unpleasant stay.
